This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kalyan, in R.C.C. No.149 of 2006 vide judgment and order dated 4.1.2014. There is a delay of 58 days in filing the appeal. 2.
For the reasons stated in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the application, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 58 days is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of.
