The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that on the basis of the complaint, First Information Report has been registered against the Assistant Commissioner Smt. Smita Bhoir by the Vasai Police Station. He states that for other grievances of the petitioner, he will make necessary representation to the concerned officers of the police.

In view of this statement, no further direction is required to be issued and accordingly we dispose of the criminal PIL. It will be open for the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the appropriate police authorities.
