A modification is sought in bail order dated 7th October, 2016 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1333 of 2016 to the extent that the applicant be permitted to be released upon furnishing 1 or 2 solvent sureties instead of local sureties. 2.

Heard Ms. Jadhav, the learned counsel for the applicant at length.

The applicant is booked for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 466, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant has accepted the huge amount on a pretext of

ssk 2/2 Cri. APPP 935/16 in BA 1333/16-25/11/16 providing jobs to the unemployed youth. The applicant is not resident of the place where the crime is registered. In view thereof, the condition as incorporated by this Court does not call for in modification. The application is rejected.
