Present Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 217 days caused in filing Appeal challenging judgment and order passed by learned Commissioner under Workmen's Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No.564/B-104 of 2007.

Though notice was issued, no progress is seen after the order dated 7th June, 2011. By order dated 29th January, 2024, this Court had granted opportunity to Appellant/Insurance Company to work out the matter. It is thus seen that since 2011, no serious attempts are made to get the delay condoned and to work out BGP.
