Heard. The petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No.1 to register FIR against Respondent No. 2 to 4 and his associates. On the basis of the Petitioner's report, Dharavi Police Station has already registered NC case. If the Petitioner is aggrieved, he is always at liberty to file private complaint before the Magistrate. We find no merit in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. [Smt.
