2] The applicant, i.e., Mr. Balaso J. Nalawade, is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from out of compensation amount deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Satara. The applicant shall file an undertaking that such withdrawal shall abide by final orders that may be made in the appeal. The undertaking to be filed / submitted 1/2
