Desire of the petitioner as also respondent No.3 to compound the offence and to quash FIR was taken note of by this Court on 6/12/2019 and learned APP was instructed to find out their antecedents. 2.

Learned APP today upon instructions states that the parties do not have any criminal background.

Fact shows that the applicant and respondent No.3 were working in same office and due to some misunderstanding filed reports against each other. Reports filed against respondent No.3 have already been pointed out before Trial Court. Respondent No.3 is present before Court and reiterated her request. Affidavit giving no objections is already tendered on 15/10/2019.

In this situation, accepting the joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Accordingly, FIR 23/2015 and Criminal Case Nos.1277/PW/2015 under section 354(a) and (d) and 509 of IPC on the file of 26th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Borivli, Mumbai are accordingly quashed and set aside.
