1] Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.
2] This is an application seeking publication of notice in Daily Local Newspapers, as the notice issued to the Respondent on its address has returned unserved with the remark that the Respondent has shifted from those premises.
3] In view thereof, following order is passed.
i) The Civil Application is allowed.
ii) The Applicant is permitted to issue paper publication of notice in two local news 1/2
osk 45-cao-259-2016.odt papers, namely, "Free Press Journal" in English Language and "Navshakti" in Marathi Language, on payment of requisite charges by the Applicant-Appellant.
iii) Similarly, the Applicant-Appellant is also directed to serve the Respondent by private notice through RPAD. Notice is made returnable on 6th March, 2019.
