Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are served and Mr.Sunil G.Mane, Advocate, has entered appearance.

By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 31 days in filing the application seeking leave to appeal under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

For the reasons as set out in paragraphs 2 to 5, it is in the interest of justice that delay deserves to be condoned. It is accordingly condoned.
