On the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, time to carry out amendment in terms of order dated 22nd December, 2016 is extended by a period of three weeks from today. If amendment is not carried out within the extended time, the application shall stand dismissed for non­prosecution without further reference to the Court. If amendment is carried out within the stipulated time, application shall be listed on 3rd March, 2017 under the caption of "Fresh Admission".
