In that view of the matter, interim relief granted to the applicant is confirmed. The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency as and when called and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Court after filing the charge-sheet without previous permission. The applicant shall deposit her passport with the Investigating Officer. The applicant shall not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence or any record of the Bank.
