Mr. Bankapur, learned Counsel for the Applicant, after arguing the Bail Application for some time and as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a reasonable period if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 3.
