The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.251 of 2019 registered with Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for offence under Section 406 & 420 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 18th October, 2019. The interim order records that the learned counsel for the applicant without going into the merits of the case and without prejudice to his rights and contentions had by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

shown willingness to deposit Rs.20 Lakhs in the registry of this Court. Affidavit-cum-undertaking in that regard was submitted in the Court. The said undertaking has been taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in compliance with the said undertaking and the interim order passed by this Court, the applicant has deposited of Rs.20 Lakhs in the registry of this Court.

He has produced the receipt with regards to the said deposits. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, interim order dated 18th October, 2019 passed by this Court can be confirmed. 5.

Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2312 of 2019 is allowed;

(ii) Interim order dated 18th October, 2019 is confirmed. (iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with in C.R. No.251 of 2019 registered with Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iv) The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer as and when called for till filing of charge-sheet.

(v) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
