DATE : 30 OCTOBER 2023 P.C. :- Pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 5 December 2012, the Respondent - State Authority had issued an advertisement inviting applications from private management for seeking to open 142 secondary schools. The Petitioner was desirous of starting a school at Devghat and Chinchave in Malegaon Taluka, District Nashik. The Petitioner made application in the year 2015 which was not considered when the results were declared. 2.

In the light thereof, nothing survives in this Petition. If the Petitioner is still desirous of opening a school and is eligible to do so as per the prevalent policy, the Petitioner can always apply. 4.
