By an order dated 18th October, 2019, the applicant was granted interim protection by this Court, which continues to operate thereafter till date.

The learned APP submits that nothing is to be recovered from the applicant and he has no objection if the interim bail is confirmed.

In view of the statement made by learned APP across the bar, ad-interim relief granted to the applicant is confirmed. 5.
