DATE: FEBRUARY 9, 2021 P.C.:- 1] The learned Counsel for non-applicant on instructions informs that the non-applicant shall bear travel expenses and out of pocket expenses to the tune of Rs 5,000/- to be paid to the applicant on each date when applicant appears physically before the court at Ichalkaranji.

2] Since statement is made on instructions, same is accepted as undertaking to this Court.

3] In the aforesaid backdrop, non-applicant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs 10,000/- within four weeks from today before the 1/2

(10) MCA-334-2019.doc Court at Vasai where proceedings initiated by the applicant are pending. The non-applicant shall continue to maintain balance of Rs 10,000/- in the said court. As and when applicant attends the court proceedings at Ichalkaranji physically, she will be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs 5,000/- on each date.
