Admittedly this appeal is directed against an ad-interim order passed by the learned trial Judge in a draft notice of motion and now it is informed that the notice of motion is numbered as Notice of Motion No.3024 of 2015. Learned Counsel for the parties are agreeable that this Notice of Motion can be heard and disposed of finally alongwith the other companion notice of motion no.1560 of 2013 in L.C.suit No.1743 of 2013

Pvr 902ao96-16caa127-16.doc and notice of motion no.566 of 2014 in S.C.Suit no.2272 of 2015. The Appeal is accordingly disposed of by permitting the parties to approach the trial Court.
