The grievance is despite of RPAD letter dated 24/8/2018 sent to the Commissioner of Police and recording of some statements in the month of April, 2018, no action has been taken by the police against accused persons. The complaint is of cheating in relation to the immovable property.

Petitioner could have approached the learned JMFC under section 156(3) and obtained suitable orders. We have perused the records and because of that remedy, we are not inclined to intervene. Hence, without observing anything on merits and with nilegaonkar 1/2
