3] Considering the hardship and the fact that contentions are not controverted, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

(b) This Honorable High Court may be pleased to transfer the proceedings bearing Marriage Petition No. 68/2019 from the Civil Judge Senior Division Ratnagiri to Family Court Bandra Mumbai.
