1] Perusal of the reply filed on record would reveal that the Petitioner has herself participated in the online process of absorbing surplus teachers.

2] Perusal of the reply would further reveal that the Petitioner, who was teaching 5th standard, has herself requested to transfer her to school which has 6th to 8th standard, since she had completed B.Ed. 3] Having participated herself in the online absorption process, she cannot be permitted to challenge the same. Hence, the Petition is rejected.

4] Needless to state that if there are any vacancies in nearby school, the Petitioner would be at liberty to make such an application to the Education Officer, which application shall be considered in accordance with law.
