Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was on bail pending trial and has not misused or abused the liberty granted to him.

Perused the papers. The appeal has been admitted by this Court on 28th November, 2016. The appeal is not likely to be heard in the immediate near future.

Considering the said fact and the fact that the applicant was on bail pending trial and did not abuse his liberty, the application is allowed and the applicant is enlarged on bail pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal, on the following terms and conditions.

ORDER

(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount; (ii) The applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number immediately after being released and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the concerned Police Station and the trial Court, in writing. 6.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
