The petitioner's grievance is against the joint ownership of the property. It is submitted that without his consent the plans are sanctioned and the construction is coming up. It is submitted by the petitioner that a complaint has been lodged with the Corporation. 2.
We prima-facie find that if petitioner is aggrieved against the
2/2 11wp12293.18.doc cause of joint ownership, he has remedy before alternate forum. However, if any grievance is made regarding the exercise of powers of Corporation, the same can be looked into. The petitioner is at liberty to resort to alternate remedy in respect of protecting his right as joint owner.
