I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the impugned order.

By the order impugned, though the appellate court rejected the application filed by the applicant/tenant to frame additional issue and remand the matter back to the trial court, however, permitted him to raise the said contention at the time of final hearing of the appeal. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present Civil Revision Application and the same is dismissed.
