DATE: NOVEMBER 3, 2017 P.C.:
1.
By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks extension of the time granted for filing the regularisation application as per the order dated 19.7.2017 passed by this Court.
2.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant could not move the Corporation because the applications are accepted online with all the documents. He submitted that his architect has informed that he is collecting the necessary documents. He also informed that N.O.C. of the Fire Department is required for the regularisation. He submitted that as soon as online application is made alongwith other documents, then, the Fire Department gives NOC.

Learned Counsel for the Corporation informs that the Corporation has started demolition.
4.
By the order dated 19.7.2017, one month's time was granted to the applicant to move the application for regularisation. However, till today, i.e., after 21⁄2 months, still, the application for regularisation is not made by the applicant to the Corporation. In the order dated 14.8.2017, this Court had already given a last chance to file application for regularisation and had extended time by 3 weeks. So, the said three weeks' time was over on 4.9.2017. In between, no extension is sought and, therefore, I think it is a fit case not to extend any time.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 2 / 2
