Viom Infra Networks Maharashtra Ltd, the Petitioner company before us, is stated to be not giving any instructions to its Advocate Mr Venegaonkar.

It is vaguely suggested that this company may have been taken over by some other legal entity. We do not think that we should keep 13th June 2019

920-ASWP10850-12.DOC such Petitions pending particularly when they are only filed with the intent and purpose of securing an ad-interim order so as to stall the legal process.

After 9th November 2012, when this Petition was first listed, we have this unfortunate scenario of the order dated 20th November 2012, operating with a benefit in favour of the Petitioner, directing that status quo be maintained. We do not know thereafter what is the status quo at site.
