DATE : AUGUST 8, 2019 P.C. :- An order passed on March 24, 2017 under subsection (2) of section 22 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 ('the Act' for short) was questioned in a revision by the petitioner-owner of the shop. By virtue of the order impugned, the status of deemed member of Cooperative Housing Society conferred on the respondent is questioned.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in Court, makes a motion for

The dismissal of the petition will not be considered against the interest of the petitioner while deciding a suit or any other ancillary proceedings pending at the behest of the petitioner.
