Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments in the civil application, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for fixing early date of hearing of Family Court Appeal. Hence, the following order :

Hearing of the family court appeal no. 50 of 2011 is expedited.

ii.

Registry is directed to place the family court appeal on board on 14.12.2018 under the caption "for direction".

Iii. Civil application is disposed of.
