Mr. Shah has invited my attention to the affidavit dated 06.09.2017 made by the petitioners enclosing therewith the consent terms dated 30.06.2017 arrived at between petitioner No.1 and legal representatives of petitioner No.2 and respondent No.2 Bank. In view thereof, he seeks to withdraw the Petition. Learned Counsel for the respondents have no objection. 3.

In view thereof and on the motion made by Mr.Shah, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
