Heard. By this First Appeal, the Appellant Plaintiff is challenging the judgment and decree dated 29.10.2018 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court in S.C.Suit No.6275/2007 partly allowing the Appellant's suit.

The main grievance of the Appellant is that the Trial Court has not considered the loan agreement having No.1776279.

Hence, the First Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and decree, following order is passed:
