The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners Mr. Umesh H Pawar submits that subsequent to filing of this Petition, the Petitioner has filed an affidavit wherein the subsequent developments after filing of this Petition have been mentioned. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that in the light of the averments made in the affidavit which is on record, he has instructions to withdraw this Petition. He, therefore, on the instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Leave granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
