Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the Petition and other relevant documents. The petitioner agitating the validity of the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court for grant of interim maintenance @ Rs.8,000/- per month.

In view of nature of subject matter, issue notice to the Respondent subject to condition that the Petitioner shall deposit the total sum of Rs.1 lakh towards part payment of maintenance in this Court within a period of three weeks. Failure to which the Petition stands dismiss automatically without further reference to this Court and in case the Petitioner succeeded to deposit the amount of Rs.1 lakh as referred above in Waghmare 1/2
