By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner original defendant nos.1 to 4 challenges the order dated 3.7.2013 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kolhapur below Exhibit- 15 directing Petitioner to produce the will-deed dated 14.10.1996.

Bare reading of the reply ?led by the Petitioner before the Trial Court dated 15.12.2012 shows that Petitioner has not denied the custody of the said will by making appropriate statement on af?davit.

In view of these facts, I do not ?nd any reason to entertain Mohite 1/2

Hence, Writ Petition stands rejected.
