Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner for sometime. 2.

Challenge is to an Order passed on Exh.5 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalyan, granting interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month to the wife and the only son of the Petitioner from the date of filing of the Application. 3.

At the outset, the impugned Order reflects the sources of income of the Petitioner with the firms of two factories in the MIDC, Ahemadnagar. My attention has also been invited by the learned Counsel for the Respondent-wife to the balance-sheet qua the Petitioner dated 31st March, 2020, indicating total assets of the Petitioner to the

Bhalchandra 20-Wp-15977-2022.odt tune of Rs.2,26,69,803/-. The Income Tax Return for the assessment year 2020-2021, reflects net business income of the Petitioner to the tune of Rs.12,65,416/-.

As such, there is absolutely no substance as stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The Order is well reasoned, which warrants no interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court. The Petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears with accrued interest, till date, within eight weeks from today, failing which, the Petition shall be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
