This civil application is filed for restoration of Civil Application No.2231 of 2014, which was dismissed for default, on 5 November 2014. Mr. Mendadkar, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that at the time the civil application was called out for hearing, he was busy elsewhere and as such could not attend to the civil application. The present civil application was taken out on 24 November 2014 i.e. shortly after dismissal of earlier application. Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a'.
