The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application on the ground that the police have filed a report claiming `B'
summary. The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that in view of ad-interim order dated 21st July 2016, the report claiming `B' summary ought not to have been filed by the police. In any event, the learned Magistrate is bound to hear the applicant on the report claiming `B'
summary.
