The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has placed on record a letter dated 4th February 2016 addressed to him by the second respondent. It records that the Nephrologist has agreed to process the renal transplant on the first petitioner and, therefore, the second respondent has no objection for allowing the said surgery of the first petitioner. The letter is taken on record and marked "A-1" for identification.

In view of what is stated in the said letter, the grievance made by the petitioners does not subsists. Needless to state that appropriate steps shall be taken to expeditiously perform the surgery of the renal transplant.
