Heard Mr. Thorat, learned senior counsel appearing for the review petitioner.

He would urge that the very requirement under sections 15(1) & 15(3) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act cannot be satisfied in view of the date on which the notice was issued, the akn 1/2
2/2 3&4.RPC.9.2022.doc suit was tendered for filing, the date of registration of the suit and issuance of summons.

As far as the aforesaid contentions are concerned, the same were never canvassed when the revision applicants were heard. That being so, it cannot be said that there is error apparent on the face of the records.
