The Applicant has taken out these Civil Applications for condonation of delay in filing the respective Review Petitions, against 1/2

ssm 2 cao-20-15gp.sxw the common order dated 20 July 2012, passed in respective Writ Petitions.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has opposed the Applications. However, considering the averments made in the respective Applications, and as sufficient case is made out and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to grant both these Civil Applications in terms of respective prayer clause (a). Both the Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
