Heard learned counsel for the parties on the Civil Application No. 2995 of 2016.

Through this Application the Applicant is seeking permission to bring legal representative of the sole Petitioner on record. It has been stated that the sole Petitioner has died on 19th August, 2016. The Application is supported by the death certificate of the Petitioner. We also fined that the Application has been filed within time. In the circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed. The amendment in the cause title so as to bring the legal representative of the deceased Petitioner on record to be carried out within two weeks.
