The Petitioners seeks a prayer to decide their Application for permission to sell the property under section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue code, 1966. The Application has been filed on 1 October 2019 and the present Writ Petition has been filed within 17 days i.e. on 18 October 2019.

We are of the view that the Petitioners ought to have given reasonable time to the Authorities to decide the Application and not rushed to the Court by filing the present Writ Petition. Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed. It will be open to the Petitioners to approach this Court after a period of 4 months from today, in the event their Application is not decided.
