This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition, which stood dismissed by a conditional order dated 16th June 2017 passed by this Court, on account of failure of the Petitioner to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Applicant/Petitioner submits that since final number was allotted to the Writ Petition, he was under the impression that no further steps in respect of office objections were required to be taken.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, delay of 81 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned and the Writ Petition is restored.
