Learned APP submits that in the present case, the applicant could not be released from jail till 1/6/2017 although she was directed to be enlarged on temporary bail by an order dated 31/1/2017. It is also submitted that she delivered a child on 10/4/2017 in Central Hospital, Ulhas Nagar.

7.appp1005.17 The learned Counsel or the Petitioner admits that since the applicant could not furnish sureties, she was not released till 1/6/2017.

For the reasons stated in the order dated 16/11/2017, more particularly, in paragraphs- 3, 4 and 5, the application seeking extension of temporary bail is rejected. The applicant shall voluntarily surrender before NRI Police Station on 30/11/2017. In the eventuality that she does not surrender on 30/11/2017, NRI police is hereby directed to arrest the petitioner on 30/11/2017. Learned APP to communicate this order to NRI Police forthwith alongwith the order dated 16/11/2017.
