Heard the learned APP appearing for respondent-State. He submits on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present before the Court that nothing is to be recovered from the applicants and he has no objection if the interim protection granted to the applicants by this Court on 22nd October, 2019 is confirmed.

As such, the order granting interim protection to the applicants by order dated 22nd October, 2019 is confirmed. However, the applicants shall continue to co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when summoned till the filing of the charge-sheet.

The application stands disposed of.
