The learned Counsel appearing for CBI has filed an affidavit and has specifically contended - "That the respondent states that regarding return of jewellery and documents which were seized from the applicant/accused in R.C. No. 21(A) of 1998 by respondent C.B.I., I say that in the interest of justice appropriate order may be passed." In view of this, the prayers in the applications become infructuous.
