The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that after filing the present Writ Petition, the proceedings are transferred from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel, Raigad to Chandrapur, Maharashtra by the order of the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur. Therefore on instructions, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition in the High Court of Bombay Bench at Nagpur. Leave granted. The present Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty lgc 1/2
