This application has been filed seeking release of the post retirement dues. The writ petition challenges the order of eviction and payment of arrears of rent. In this petition, the issues as regards the post retirement benefits of petitioner cannot be considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a substantial petition seeking the reliefs sought in the present interim application. Interim application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as prayed.
