Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of criminal case and FIR. They are present with their respective advocate. Consent Terms are filed in Petition No.A-570/2019 in 2nd Family Court where the matter is pending for a decree of divorce.

As per consent terms amount of Rs.13 lakhs is also deposited in that Court on 16/10/2019.

Respondent No.2 has today tendered an affidavit confirming the Consent Terms and given no objection. Earlier also she has given no objection. Accordingly, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
