A bare perusal of the petition would indicate that Applicant has suppressed the most crucial fact that, operation of Order dated 3rd October 2022 has been stayed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.175 of 2022 filed by Petitioner. By the said order the learned Sessions Judge has directed not to release the amount of Rs.3,46,40,000/- in favour of Respondent no.2 till hearing of said application. 2.

In view of the fact that Petitioner has suppressed material facts from this Court, we are not inclined to entertain this application. Application is accordingly dismissed.
