This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. As this Court is inclined to expedite the trial, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application.

Both, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP do not dispute the fact that charge has been framed in the said case.

Learned APP states on instructions, that charge has been framed in the present case and that witness summons have been issued and the matter is posted for recording of witness statement on 10th February, 2017.

Considering the fact, that charge is framed and trial has already commenced, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Sessions Judge, before whom the said case is pending to decide the said case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid direction.
