Petitioner is present with his Counsel. Respondent No.2 is present with her Counsel. Parties state that they have compromised the dispute and C.R.No.394 of 2018 lodged at Khar Police Station be quashed by consent. The Respondent No.2 has filed Affidavit accordingly.

Learned APP for State - Respondent No.1 pointed out that public time and money has been used in the matter. 3.

In this situation, we direct the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 to pay to Khar Police Station an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Thousand Only) each as costs within two weeks from today. After such amount is paid, the FIR No.394 of 2018 shall stand quashed and set aside.

Rule made absolute accordingly.
